The Right Candidates

We talk in detail with candidates about the manufacturing process. We want to know about their technical knowledge and skills. We discuss their experiences with Lean methods, tolerances, JIT, Kaizens, TS16949 and ISO 9001. We ask about their CAD experience, dies, stamping presses, welding, tube cutting, bending and fixtures. If you’re looking for a plant leader, we want to hear about experiences dealing with the total plant operations and maintenance while maximizing profitability. We search for candidates who employ sound business principles and use well developed analytical and problem solving skills.

No matter the role, we also look for candidates who can “roll-up their sleeves” and interact with all levels of an organization. As automotive management recruiters, we probe into their backgrounds and we listen carefully. We do all of this before you even see a resume. Once we have a pool of qualified candidates, we’ll start sending you resumes to review. We’ll look for feedback on your assessment of them. If it isn’t what you are looking for, feedback is critical so we can change our vetting process.

Automotive Recruitment Process

Our industry knowledge is from personal experience. We’ve held multiple positions in manufacturing including the automotive industry. We’ve also been retained as automotive aftermarket recruiters. We understand the background and knowledge needed for a qualified workforce. The industry standard for the number of candidates interviewed to fill a position is 12. Our average is 3 per position.
