We also know when we’re talking to a candidate who has a strong mechanical aptitude.

Experienced Die Casting Recruiter

We work with casting and machining companies across the U.S. As a die casting recruiter, our clients include suppliers who produce automotive parts and assemblies such as transmission supports, pillars, root rails, rear suspension cross members and bumper impact beams and muffler hangers.

We recruit production managers, manufacturing engineers, program managers, plant managers, controls engineers, tool & die technicians, robotic engineers, manufacturing engineering administrators, production supervisors, tooling technicians, machine operators, hydraulics specialists, EHS specialists, quality engineers, CMM programmers, APQP QEs, process engineers, EHS area leaders, CNC operators, product engineers, design engineers, industrial engineers and business unit managers.

We’ll search for top candidates with the right skills to produce your parts that meet established outputs and customer delivery requirements.

The Right Candidates

We talk in detail with candidates about their experience with die cast machines, stampings and assemblies. We ask about their familiarity with family dies as well as single-part dies. We find out if they are familiar with MIG, TIG or spot welding. We want to hear about how they handle heat treat and restrike. We also discuss their successes in achieving zero defects.

We ask direct questions and we listen for the details. We take on the responsibility of recruiting and evaluating candidates so hiring managers don’t have to view hundreds of applications. Once we have a pool of qualified candidates, we’ll start sending you resumes to review. We’ll look for feedback on your assessment of them. If it isn’t what you are looking for, feedback is critical so we can change our vetting process.

To find qualified manufacturing candidates, we’ll do the legwork for you because we’re die casting recruiters.
