The Right Candidates
We talk in detail with candidates about their experience with die cast machines, stampings and assemblies. We ask about their familiarity with family dies as well as single-part dies. We find out if they are familiar with MIG, TIG or spot welding. We want to hear about how they handle heat treat and restrike. We also discuss their successes in achieving zero defects.
We ask direct questions and we listen for the details. We take on the responsibility of recruiting and evaluating candidates so hiring managers don’t have to view hundreds of applications.
