The Right Candidates
We talk with candidates about their experiences with iron, aluminum, magnesium, zinc, steel and copper-based alloys. We discuss sand casting, ceramic and plaster processes. Because we’re iron foundry recruiters, we want to hear specifics about how they deal with scrap recycling. We also talk with candidates about die casting, robotic molding and automated grinding.
As a foundry recruitment agency, we ask detailed questions of candidates and we listen carefully. We want to know about their industry knowledge and their short- and long-term career goals. Once we have a pool of candidates that meet your specifications, we’ll start sending you resumes to review. We’ll look for feedback on your assessment of them.
