When you hire Top Candidate Recruiting, you’re getting the benefit of our 20-plus years in manufacturing and foundry recruiting. We’ve worked with foundries so you don’t need to explain the industry. We know manufacturing and we speak the language. We can identify the right candidate with the right skills and background.

Foundry Experience

We work with manufacturing plants throughout the U.S. that produce metal parts and components for the automotive, railroad, electronics, aerospace, medical device, pipe/fittings and valve industries.

As foundry recruiters, we search for engineers in all disciplines: department supervisors, maintenance supervisors and technicians, quality engineers and managers, production tooling engineers, ERP specialists, team leaders, CNC programmers, CAD designers and plant managers.

We’ll recruit qualified workers to design, build and finish products to meet your customers’ requirements and orders.

The Right Candidates

We talk with candidates about their experiences with iron, aluminum, magnesium, zinc, steel and copper-based alloys. We discuss sand casting, ceramic and plaster processes. Because we’re iron foundry recruiters, we want to hear specifics about how they deal with scrap recycling. We also talk with candidates about die casting, robotic molding and automated grinding.

As a foundry recruitment agency, we ask detailed questions of candidates and we listen carefully. We want to know about their industry knowledge and their short- and long-term career goals. Once we have a pool of candidates that meet your specifications, we’ll start sending you resumes to review. We’ll look for feedback on your assessment of them. If it isn’t what you are looking for, feedback is critical so we can change our vetting process.

We conduct these initial reviews for you so you can focus on higher-priorities like finished products.

Proven Process

Our industry knowledge is from personal experience. We’ve held multiple positions in manufacturing and we’ve worked with foundries. We understand the skills and knowledge needed for a qualified workforce. The industry standard for the number of candidates interviewed to fill a position is 12. Our average is 3 per position.

We’re very resourceful while searching for top candidates. As foundry headhunters, we work with passive candidates as well as those who are currently looking to make a change. Many times, candidates contact us because they’ve heard our focus is manufacturing.

Our Promise To You

Eighty percent of our clients are repeat clients. We handle everything from the initial assignment through the final offer, and communicate every step of the way. If you hire a candidate who doesn’t work out, we offer a candidate replacement at no additional charge during a specific period.

We’re relentless in finding you the right candidate because our focus is manufacturing and engineering recruitment.
