The Right Candidates
During the quality recruiting process, we talk with qualified candidates about their lean manufacturing experience, as well as inspection and quality control procedures. We want to hear about preventive and corrective actions, and how they overcame barriers. We discuss leadership skills and their background dealing with raw, in-process materials and finished products to assure that quality standards were achieved.
For quality assurance recruitment, we seek out candidates with ISO 9001, TS16949 or AS16485 Quality Management System experience and certifications such as ASQ, CQE, CQM, CRE, CQT, SSGB and/or SSBB depending on the needs of your industry. For success stories, we want to hear about how they maintained effective/efficient operations; measured and monitored performance metrics and implemented needed countermeasures. We want to know about their understanding of problem-solving and the quality improvement tools and techniques they’ve used.
