The Right Candidates

We talk in detail with candidates about the manufacturing process and their machining capabilities. We delve into their knowledge about lean manufacturing methods. We want to hear about their background with TS16949, ISO 9001, ISO14001, APQP, FMEA, control plans and continuous improvement, plus their experiences with stopping and solving nonconforming processes.

We ask about their experience in leading installations of complete press control systems, modifying tooling, dies, jigs and molds and how they dealt with welding, roll forming and assembly issues. We also look for workers with proactive design analysis and problem-solving capabilities.

We ask production and process questions and we listen carefully. As a stamping executive search firm, we do all of this before you even see a resume. Once we have a pool of qualified candidates, we’ll start sending you resumes to review. We’ll look for feedback on your assessment of them. If it isn’t what you are looking for, feedback is critical so we can change our vetting process.
